performances,

Regent Showcase
Theater commenced operation under this banner on January 15, 2000.
We
are pleased to present the perfect venue for motion picture &
television event bookings, screenings and four-wall showcases.
The
Regent Showcase Theater is one of the premiere art houses in Los
Angeles, located on La Brea just south of Melrose. Exhibiting
primarily independent and foreign films, audiences flock to this grand
dame – one of the last of the great historic theaters. This large historic art deco theatre contains a stage which can be used for seminars, lectures, small live ensemble performances or play readings. The lobby is adequate for receptions prior to events. Although it features top quality sound, you’ll never hear anyone else’s movie; the Showcase has only one screen. It’s an active business, calculating its nightly grosses and balancing its showtimes against requests for film shoots and rentals. With a competive price tag, depending on the time of day, many location scouts, filmmakers and studios vie for use of the building. . |
